I’m goin’ to DJ the Kings Inn One Year Anniversary party at Detroit Bar, on July 3rd.
Kings Inn is an old school, Rock ‘N Roll, Soul night, at Memphis Bar in Costa Mesa.
I’ve enjoyed supporting this club, and I wanna thank Sean for booking me to DJ, and including me for the anniversary party.
Should be fun.
I’ve listened to this song a bunch today. And after pulling a double shift off of no sleep, Danger Mouse and Jemini’s “Ghetto Pop Life” really came through for me, today. Album’s wild. I wish Danger Mouse would go back to producing more hop hop art like this. The sample in this song just makes me drool. I’m probably gonna learn the riff and make my drummer jam on this track next practice.
I love this cut from Misled Childrean (aka Clutchy Hopkins) and I hope you dig it, too!
